I’m Dr. Soong Chang, PharmD, a dedicated retail pharmacist with 33+ years of experience in both chain and independent pharmacies. A USC School of Pharmacy graduate and Rho Chi Honor Society member, I’ve served at Sav-On, Target, and Jurupa Valley Pharmacy.
Erika has 15 years of experience and has spent the last decade at Jurupa Valley Pharmacy. A San Joaquin Valley College graduate, she is bilingual and skilled in prescription processing, prior authorizations, and customer support in both English and Spanish.
Wendy supports prescription filling, insurance processing, and medication deliveries. A Mt. San Antonio College graduate, she’s bilingual and specializes in prescription transfers and coordinating refills - ensuring safe, efficient service for every patient.
Nancy brings experience across long-term care, national chains, and independent pharmacies. Certified in immunizations, she is dedicated to personalized patient care and staying current with pharmacy advancements to ensure safety and effectiveness.
I have worked with Jurupa Vallary Pharmacy and Arlington Medica Pharmacy for 5 years and I love my job since I am able to help patients get their medications on time and knowing I made a tiny difference in their lives that supported them in taking care of their health brings satisfaction to me.
